About Heather Hayes

Heather Hayes, a Licensed Psychotherapist, is the compassionate force behind Mindful Therapy, LLC. With a profound commitment to facilitating personal growth and healing, and more than 10 years experience, Heather brings a wealth of knowledge, empathy, and innovative therapeutic approaches to her practice.

Heather’s expertise is backed by a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Widener University and a Bachelor of Arts in Art Therapy from Seton Hill University. Heather continued to grow her experience and knowledge and became a Licensed Clinical Social Work (LCSW). These programs, and license, equipped her with a blend of clinical skills, evidence-based practices, and a unique integration of art into therapy, laying the groundwork for her holistic therapeutic approach.

In her practice, Heather combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and, if desired, Art Therapy to support and guide individuals through their healing journeys. She believes in the power of therapy to transform lives, tailoring her approach to each client’s unique needs and fostering an environment of growth, insight, and meaningful change.
